Our values are simple – we operate transparently, honestly and with the best interests of our people and customers at the core of all we do.  Naturally, we follow all applicable laws and regulations – but we go further than that.  We do what is right and ethical for our people, our customers, and our community.  

Our values apply to everyone working for or with Hilver, whether full-time or part-time employees, consultants, partners, suppliers or contractors.  


Our priority is to deliver the best products and services at a price that is fair to our customers and to our people.  To achieve that, we are constantly innovating our services and products.  We listen and communicate, and always tell the truth.  That is why our customers trust us and become more than customers – they become our friends.


Our people are our assets.  They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures and our philosophy ensures that everyone is treated with dignity, tolerance, and respect.  There is no room at Hilver for discrimination, bullying, abuse, harassment or any other type of unacceptable behavior.  


We run our company scrupulously honestly.  We don’t do business if there is a conflict of interest.  We keep our books and records meticulously accurately and honestly.  We respect the privacy of  confidential information.  We treat company property, and that of our customers, as if it were our own.  We take great pride in knowing that our company is open, honest and transparent in all that it does.
