Hilver's services are a direct response to the need by many pharma and medical firms for urgent transformation of their sales operations in the digital age.

Hilver's services are a direct response to the need by many pharma and medical firms for urgent transformation of their sales operations in the digital age.

Hilver was founded in 2014 in The Netherlands in response to the dramatic changes in the healthcare sales sector.

After realising that many pharma and medical firms were trying to transform their sales operations, we set about creating a blueprint for a more agile and responsive approach to the market. We recognise that the customer relationship must remain at the heart of any good campaign but that today's customers look different from yesterday's. 

So our systems are designed to help sales teams engaged with bigger groups. We offer the right strategy and change management solutions, put bespoke market research at the centre of the planning process. We then arm the sales force with a set of digital tools that look impressive but crucially they allow constant feedback to enable fast adaptation.  

The market is changing now, the industry needs to change now.

So now is the time.
